Don C. Stosberg

Mr. Stosberg is the founder of Woodstone Resources LLC's. His responsibilities include creating and establishing new alliances, overseeing and managing investments in the portfolio, and leading the strategy and general management of the POL Funds.

Mr. Stosberg has a wealth of experience in the oil and gas sector in finance and investments. Mr. Stosberg was a founding partner in Spectrum Energy, a private equity fund manager that specialized in the midstream segment of the US and Canadian energy industries, before he founded Woodstone Resources LLC.

JAMES E. Huang, CFA

In 2007, Mr. Huang became a part of the Woodstone Resources LLC group. As a petroleum engineer, Mr. Huang offers Woodstone Resources LLC Funds' portfolio firms technical skills in monitoring current investments, assessing future ones, and creating exit and monetization plans.

Prior to this, Mr. Huang worked for 16 years as a consultant with Texas-based petroleum engineering consulting company Cornell Associates, Inc. .

Morris d. hendrix, P.E.

MANAGING Partner

 

In 2011, Mr. Hendrix became a member of the Woodstone Resources LLC team. Mr. Hendrix takes on duties related to business development, such as finding and completing new investments, and he takes part in the continuous management of POL Funds portfolio firms.

Mr. Hendrix possesses extensive knowledge of the oil and gas sector and a wealth of experience in energy financing, particularly in the middle market segment that the POL Funds have targeted. Mr. Hendrix worked as a Managing Director in Energy Banking at BNP Paribas in Connecticut before coming to Woodstone Resources LLC.
